No shows and cancellations within less than 48 hrs policy:
This includes bringing in cats with expired rabies vaccine history. All cancellations/reschedules within 48 hours will be charged $25 per cat to the card on file. On Saturdays, the charge is $50 per cat. No shows hurt our business in multiple ways, so we hope you understand.
